Aug 23, 2009 Denying Firearms Coming; Based on Discretion of US AG

Campaign for Liberty had a report from a supporter on “HR 2159 is a gun grab, read up and call your Congressman.“  This bill, HR 2159, is now in the Congress.  It is titled “Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009.”

The essence on it is, per Campaign for Liberty, that it grants exclusive, unchecked, and unaccountable power to the US Attorney General to seize and/or deny access to firearms, FFLs, and FIDs, regardless of your background.  Per the writer, here are the highlights:

1. It grants the Attorney General the power to deny citizens ‘appropriately suspected (not convicted) of terrorism the right to keep and bear arms.

2. It gives this unbalanced power to an UNELECTED official - the Attorney General.

3. The only requirement for a revocation or denial of an FID or FFL?  That ‘the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the applicant may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.

4. States have to comply. I mean, have to.

5. The AG is explicitly guaranteed the right to ‘withh[o]ld [evidence] from the petitioner if the Attorney General determines that the disclosure of the information would likely compromise national security. Yes, it says that. Often.

6. Even if a petitioner (that's you and me) takes the US to court over their denial, the AG can use summaries of his evidence against you. He doesn't have to present the primary evidence.

The writer of this article says that he has looked at the US Codes and its references.  He looked up the definition of terrorism and the definition of coercion.  He then writes:  “I can say, with certainty, that if this bill passes, it is absolutely possible that the AG could revoke and deny FFLs and FIDs and not have to explain to you, either in court or out of court, why you were revoked or denied.  That is, an unelected United States official could seize your firearms and/or your livelihood because he ‘reasonably suspected’ you of being a terrorist.”

The article concludes that this bill:

1. Denies citizens the right to bear arms even if they haven't been convicted of any crime(s).

2. Violates the Second Amendment. (The Second Amendment states that "the right of the people to keep and bear arms...shall not be infringed.") This is infringement.

3. Violates the Sixth Amendment ("...The accused shall...be confronted with the witnesses against him.")

4. Is wide open for abuse of power. There is a built-in catch-all for FID and FFL seizures and denials – "in the interest of national security."

5. Violates, most importantly, the spirit of the Constitution! It gives an imbalance of power to an unelected official

Comment:  There is a high probability that this bill will pass.  Of course, it is tyrannical but thousands of such tyrannical and unconstitutional acts become law each year either from the Congress or from executive orders of the president (which are unconstitutional in themselves).  But then, the American people continually elect the tyrannical agents chosen by the Rothschild Cabal of plutocrats.  So, in a sense, Americans continually endorse and choose tyranny.

Aug 23, 2009 Do Christian Missionaries Manipulate and Distort the Hebrew Scriptures?

A7 News from Israel had a story on How Do Missionaries Manipulate the Jewish Bible by Hana Levi Julian.  It was a report on the ideas of Rav Tovia Singer who tried to explain the anatomy of missionary attempts to persuade Jews to abandon their faith.

Per the story, Singer suggests with questions that the Christian Church tampered with the Books of Daniel and Jeremiah.  He then asks “Why did missionaries alter the words of the prophet Isaiah?” and “Why does Christianity reject the Oral Law?”

Singer is reportedly founder and director of Outreach Judaism, a counter-missionary organization to Christianity.

Comment:  While Christianity has mis-interpreted both the Old and New Testaments, it is a little absurd to suggest that Christians may have deliberately altered the books of Jeremiah, Daniel or any of the other Old Testament writing (any more than what could have happened or did happen with Khazar Jew atheists and Scriptural critics).  Again, Christians may not understand them, but Christian translations are often as honest (and sometimes as good) as Jewish translations.  Both Christians and even Jewish interpreters often get it wrong on both the Old and New Testaments.  It is no big deal that Christian and sometimes even Jewish interpreters can get it wrong on the Scriptures.  For more on this, see volume II of Ezekiel and YHWH’s Judgment for the Good News People at www.age-end.com.

Aug 24, 2009 Obama Plan for Peace Gives Temple Mount to the Muslims

A7 News from Israel had this story on Obama Plan: Temple Mount Under Arab-Muslim Sovereignty by Gil Ronen:  The Middle East peace plan that United States President Barack Obama will unveil soon involves the creation of a Palestinian Authority state by 2011 and the transfer of Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem [presumably including the Temple Mount – ed.] to Arab-Muslim sovereignty, Saudi newspaper Al-Ukaz has learned.  According to the report published Sunday in Al-Ukaz, the Obama plan also includes the following elements:

“A reporter for the Saudi newspaper received the information from Hassan Harisha, the Second Deputy Speaker of the Palestinian Authority Parliament. Harisha told him that the U.S. has handed over a draft of the peace proposal to the PA and other Arabs for their perusal.

“The plan also calls for Judea and Samaria to be demilitarized and for its airspace to remain under Israel control. Israeli-Palestinian Authority security coordination would be strengthened, and the Palestinian Authority state would not be allowed to strike military treaties with other countries in the region.

“An “agreed number” of Arab refugees would be absorbed in the Jordan Valley area and in other parts of Judea and Samaria – especially in the area between Ramallah and Shechem.  An international fund would support the refugees and Israel would release Palestinian Authority prisoners three years after a diplomatic accord is signed.

The Saudi report notwithstanding, the Washington Post's Jackson Diehl estimated Sunday that Obama will not go so far as to present a blueprint for a peace settlement, despite being urged to do so by several Arab governments.

“As the U.N. General Assembly meets in late September, Obama aims to announce the opening of a new negotiating process between Israelis and Palestinians, along with 'confidence-building' steps by Israel, the Palestinian Authority and a number of Arab governments, the columnist wrote.  Obama ‘will probably lay out at least a partial vision of the two-state settlement that all sides now say they support, and the course that negotiations should take. More significantly, he intends to set an ambitious timetable for completing the peace deal -- something that will please Arabs but may irritate Israel.’”

Comment:  I am fully confident that there will be an ultimate peace treaty between Israel and the Palestinians—the primary reason for this is because the Rothschild Cabal of super rich bankers want it in order to further the move to world government.  While the Arabs may feel they win something in the deal, it will not be good for Israel.

The best thing that will probably happen is when the Rothschilds give up the Temple Mount religious Jews will march onto the mount and take things in their own hands.  This will mean a new Temple.  This will be good for history and the world—although this move to a Scriptural basis will not last long.  Instead it will set the stage for very trying days to soon come on the entire world.

In the deal, the UN and particularly the Vatican will gain a strong legal right to parts of Jerusalem.  Probably, the solution to the Temple Mount and a coming new Temple will devolve to the granting of control of the so-called “holy” sites to the Vatican.  While this may bring on peace for awhile, it will place the Vatican and the EU in a position that they can invade Jerusalem and take control of the sites away from the state of Israel.

To maintain the so-called peace in parts of the land, like maybe Samaria and Judea, a UN military force may arrive as so-called peace keepers.  In time, this force will be largely made up of EU military forces.  If and when the EU/Vatican powers decide to terminate the Jewish worship at the Temple Mount, this force of peace keepers could easily provide the muscle.

Aug 25, 2009 Religious Jews Pray on Temple Mount

IsraelNN.Com had this story by Maayana Miskin on Arab League Furious over Jewish Prayer on Temple Mount:  “The Arab League reacted with fury on this week to reports that a small group of Jews had prayed on the Temple Mount on Sunday. Secretary-General Amr Moussa termed the spontaneous prayer gathering ‘a violation of international law.’

“Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, head of the Temple Institute in Jerusalem, led the guided tour on the Temple Mount. While guards on the mount have a policy of preventing Jewish prayer or religious gestures such as kneeling or bowing, Rabbi Ariel's group managed to briefly pray at the site.

“ ‘This is the first time since 1967 that Jews have conducted prayers on Al-Aksa during the month of Ramadan,’ Moussa declared. ‘We condemn this act,’ he added, in the name of the 22 countries belonging to the League.  The prayer session was ‘a serious blow to the holiness of the site,’ Moussa claimed, adding that Jews should not be allowed to pray at the site ‘whether it is Ramadan or any other time of year.’

“The Temple Mount in Jerusalem's Old City is the site on which the Temple and Second Temple once stood, and according to Judaism, is the holiest place on earth. For approximately 1,000 years, the mount has housed the Al Aksa mosque.

“Rabbi Chaim Richman, another Temple Institute leader, said Moussa was misinformed. Rabbi Ariel's prayer was not the first of its kind – in fact, Jews pray on the Temple Mount whenever they can, he said, and always have.  ‘There's a positive commandment for Jewish people to pray on the Temple Mount,’ Rabbi Richman explained. ‘I was on the Temple Mount on Wednesday, and I prayed.’

“Far from being a violation of international law, Jewish prayer at the site is a fundamental human right, he said. ‘We go there out of a deep desire to express the most basic human right that we have, which is to pray to G-d.’

Comment:  There is a profoundly important trend in motion.  Some Jews are beginning to get serious on religion.  While such a move is out of the question for the Amalekite Khazar Jew pretenders, true Jews are becoming awaken to Judaism and the importance of the Temple and Temple mount.  We will see more of this in the coming days.  Soon, Jews will openly pray on the Mount.

Sep 3, 2009 Something is Happening to the Sun

NASA had this report on Are Sunspots Disappearing?:  “The sun is in the pits of the deepest solar minimum in nearly a century. Weeks and sometimes whole months go by without even a single tiny sunspot. The quiet has dragged out for more than two years, prompting some observers to wonder, are sunspots disappearing?  ‘Personally, I'm betting that sunspots are coming back,’ says researcher Matt Penn of the National Solar Observatory (NSO) in Tucson, Arizona. But, he allows, ‘there is some evidence that they won't.’

“Penn's colleague Bill Livingston of the NSO has been measuring the magnetic fields of sunspots for the past 17 years, and he has found a remarkable trend. Sunspot magnetism is on the decline.  ‘Sunspot magnetic fields are dropping by about 50 gauss per year,’ says Penn. ‘If we extrapolate this trend into the future, sunspots could completely vanish around the year 2015.’

“This disappearing act is possible because sunspots are made of magnetism. The ‘firmament’ of a sunspot is not matter but rather a strong magnetic field that appears dark because it blocks the upflow of heat from the sun's interior.  If Earth lost its magnetic field, the solid planet would remain intact, but if a sunspot loses its magnetism, it ceases to exist.

“The technique they're using was pioneered by Livingston at the McMath-Pierce solar telescope near Tucson. He looks at a spectral line emitted by iron atoms in the sun's atmosphere. Sunspot magnetic fields cause the line to split in two—an effect called ‘Zeeman splitting’ after Dutch physicist Pieter Zeeman who discovered the phenomenon in the 19th century. The size of the split reveals the intensity of the magnetism.

“Astronomers have been measuring sunspot magnetic fields in this general way for nearly a century, but Livingston added a twist. While most researchers measure the splitting of spectral lines in the visible part of the sun's spectrum, Livingston decided to try an infra-red spectral line. Infrared lines are much more sensitive to the Zeeman effect and provide more accurate answers. Also, he dedicated himself to measuring a large number of sunspots—more than 900 between 1998 and 2005 alone. The combination of accuracy and numbers revealed the downturn.

“If sunspots do go away, it wouldn't be the first time. In the 17th century, the sun plunged into a 70-year period of spotlessness known as the Maunder Minimum that still baffles scientists. The sunspot drought began in 1645 and lasted until 1715; during that time, some of the best astronomers in history (e.g., Cassini) monitored the sun and failed to count more than a few dozen sunspots per year, compared to the usual thousands.

“ ‘Whether [the current downturn] is an omen of long-term sunspot decline, analogous to the Maunder Minimum, remains to be seen,’ Livingston and Penn caution in a recent issue of EOS. ‘Other indications of solar activity suggest that sunspots must return in earnest within the next year.’  Whatever happens, notes Hathaway, ‘the sun is behaving in an interesting way and I believe we're about to learn something new.’”

Comment:  There could be several serious implications of this sunspot problem.  First, some persons have posited that it means that there will be a great cooling on earth.  Some have speculated about a coming ice age (contrast this belief with the current hype about global warming).  If so, this will have profound effects on the growing of food.  But there could be still something else involved.  The Hebrew and Greek Scriptures are very precise that the sun will nova in the age end.  If you think we have had problems before, there really will be concern when it eventually dawns on man that the sun will soon be dead.  For those interested in reading about the nova of our sun please check volumes 18, 31 and 32 of Ezekiel and YHWH’s Judgment for the Good News People at the left menu of www.age-end.com.

Sep 12, 2009 Survey:  64% Want Jewish Temple Rebuilt

The Ellul 5769 Jerusalem Connection had a story that 64% of the adult Israeli Jews want the Temple rebuilt.  The report was based on a survey conducted by the Panels Institute for Ynet and the Gesher organization.

Comment:  For those of us wanting a new Temple, this is good news.  While secular Israelis, like the ruling Amalekite Khazars, are not in favor of a new Temple, more and more Israelis are.  In fact, there is a shift for the good in Israel.  The Amalekite Khazars have ruled that nation for years now.  But the Sephardim and Oriental Jews have big families.  Increasingly, religious groups like the Shas party are gaining political influence.  Whether religious Jews can gain control of the government is open to question.  But regardless, at some point in time, even secular government leaders will have to respect the wishes of the people.  There will be a new Temple.
