Ezekiel and YHWH’s Judgment for the
Good News People
DESCRIPTION
This
presentation is a comprehensive study of the book of the Old Testament Prophet
Ezekiel and its relationship to the people of the Good News as described in the
New Testament. The focus is essentially
upon prophecy as relating to these individuals, and other nations and peoples
as well. It
was generally written in the years 2000 to 2003. That setting saw the end of the Bill Clinton
presidency and the early years of the Bush presidency. While the US presidency changed again in 2009,
the problems and issues faced under Clinton and Bush remain much the same. Except for a few minor editorial corrections
and changes, primarily in 2005, the work remains as first written.
One of the huge difficulties in tying
down the age-end is properly defining and dating the Jubilees. For
years, this study followed the traditional definition approach in Judaism and
defined it on the basis of the 50th agricultural year (from Ethanim of the
chronological 49th Scriptural year to Ethanim of the 50th year). Per Lev
25:8-55, this seemed to be the only way I thought I could reconcile the
Scriptures. As far as Christendom, forget it, because Christians
generally are totally lost on any discussion of the Jubilees. Yet, it
is important because the Jubilee is the Acceptable Year of YHWH, which
dates the return of YESHUA. But in working with the age-end chronology
at this web site, I sometimes kept coming up with a one year problem
which might could be traceable to the Jubilee calculation.
Finally I discovered that within Judaism there is a minority position
that the 49th regular Scriptural year was the 50th year (which it is by
inclusive counting from the last Jubilee). In this context, the
Jubilee may fall on a regular Scriptural year and not on an agricultural
year per se. If one makes an adjustment for this possible
difference in the Jubilee, the projected age-end chronology in this
study could be off slightly by one half year. It would be correct
for the first half of the Jubilee year. So it is not a huge problem if
one accepts that the correct Jubilee was the
whole Scriptural year and not just the first half of the Scriptural year.
Hence, this possibility must be left on the table for readers as they
address the material herein on chronology.
Otherwise, this
effort is a work of some 6,000 pages, in 36 volumes (separate books) of
material; set in Helvetica 12-point type (18-point on chapter headings, single
line spacings (margins: left 1.2”, right
0.8”, top 0.7”, bottom 0.8” and footer 0.6” for page numbers); using Microsoft
Word 7. Chapter page numbers in the
Contents’ pages are stated for Microsoft Word 2007 in downloads/prints. All 36 volumes in the study are included
herewith at this web site for interested persons. Information on otherwise obtaining the
production is outlined in the Publisher’s Preface of each of these 36 volumes. For
understanding, it is crucial to read the material in sequence, starting with
Volume I.
